个人简介
天津理工大学材料科学与工程学院教授、硕士研究生导师。北京同步辐射用户委员会委员、天津市X射线研究会理事。近年来主要从事二维类石墨烯半导体材料的磁、光电特性研究,熟悉纳米磁性、半导体薄膜的制备、结构与物性测试,具有丰富的同步辐射实验经验,有数百小时的北京同步辐射实验室、合肥同步辐射国家实验室实验经历。作为课题负责人先后主持或参与国家自然科学基金、863子课题、天津自然科学基金、天津高等学校发展基金等项目。以第一作者或通讯作者在国际重要学术期刊发表SCI收录论文100余篇。指导学生获第17届“挑战杯”天津大学生课外科技作品特等奖、第18届“挑战杯”全国大学生课外科技作品一等奖。Physical Review B、Applied Physical Letter、Nanoscale、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Chemistry of materials等期刊的审稿人。课题组在宽禁带半导体材料、磁性材料、光子学材料等方面具有较强研究背景,综合了低维材料合成、薄膜制备、分析测试与表征、理论研究等各种知识结构的人员。
